Cabrini Outreach is committed to being transparent and accountable to its stakeholders in particular the people we seek to serve.

As part of our commitment to address social disadvantage and to create a better future together within Australia and across the world, Cabrini Outreach is committed to being transparent in its work.  Proactively publishing information but also providing a direct response to requests for information are traits of how we uphold our accountability.  If information is not disclosed, an explanation of this decision will be provided (eg confidentiality or privacy).

At Cabrini Outreach, we share information with the people that use our services, our partner organisations and the public.  We are accountable to our staff, volunteers, supporters, donors, suppliers and host governments.

We seek to ensure this information will be provided in a manner which will create the greatest transparency including through local languages, multimedia, community dialogue and via direct request.

Classes of information

Class 1- Corporate governance
Cabrini Outreach will publish our legal status in Australia and in any country we have direct service provision; overall purpose and top-level governance structure, including details of current members of the Board, and our leadership team; and explanations of Cabrini Outreach role within the wider Cabrini Australia organisation.

Class 2- Current activities and significant programs worldwide
Basic details and brief description of current programs.

Class 3- External communications
Cabrini Outreach’s reports and briefing papers, position statements, media releases and public submissions.

Class 4- Partnerships
Formal partnership agreements with other organisations.

Class 5- Strategic planning material
Internal documents of Cabrini Outreach strategic objectives and allocation of resources.

Class 6- Accounts and financial information
Financial records published in accordance with Cabrini Outreach as a trading entity of Cabrini Health Ltd and its charitable status.

Class 7- The impact of our work
The research, evaluations and reports by which we measure our impact, success and communicate our achievements.

We aim to respond as fast as possible.  If there is a convincing reason to delay or decline disclosure, a delay in response may occur.
